Event Planning Protocols

Students must seek prior approval for any activity as it needs to be reviewed and approved by both Student & Clinical Affairs.

Before planning any type of activitiy or event, students should follow current campus guidelines for events on and off campus – refer to the UMB COVID-19 Guide on the UMB website. Students must exercise discretion and good judgement.

UMSOD students and student led organizations and clubs interested in participating in any type of event or activitiy, must complete the UMSOD Event Registration Form.  The Student Activities Form should be completed and uploaded into the request form. Please allow at least two weeks for your event to be reviewed and approved by the Office of Clinical Affairs. 

All food served must be individually wrapped, boxed, etc. by the vendor in order to be served at the event.
