The Department of Dental Public Health's Dean's Faculty program is an integral part of the Community Service Learning Externship requirement for dental education.

Dean's Faculty are volunteer mentors that provide a clinical experience to senior dental students at sites outside of the School of Dentistry, which enables students to gain first-hand clinical experience while attending to the oral health needs of underserved populations. Members of this program are alumni, community practitioners, and recently retired professionals who volunteer their time to share their practical experience and knowledge with aspiring dental professionals.

The Dean's Faculty Web Portal is utilized to streamline the on-boarding process. Once you have logged in, you will be able to upload required forms, access required training, and watch clinical instruction videos developed by some of the school's clinical departments.
