Once you've completed the HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens Review, and Risk Management training and assessments, please e-mail BB-Completed@umaryland.edu. Use the subject line: 'Bb training complete - Dean's faculty.'
How To Access Clinic Essentials Trainings
There are ONE-TIME assessments and Annual Assessments that all Dean’s Faculty must complete upon arrival at UMSOD. You can access your Clinic Essential trainings by clicking here. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Clinic Essentials Detailed Instructions. If you are accessing the trainings via this page, begin with #6 on the instructions page.
Title IX Affiliate Form
To complete the University’s Title IX training please follow the instructions below.
- By clicking the button below, a new window will be opened with the Title IX form to be filled out.
- On the new page, find the "For all others" section
- Click the link for studentsuccess.org
- You will be required to log in with your UMID and provide authentication with DUO.

- Complete the training
- Once complete, download the "Certificate of Completion" and email it to Dr. Scott Swank at sswank@umaryland.edu
