Dr. Glenn Minah is a member of the Department of Microbial Pathogenesis and the Department of Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Minah's primary role in both departments is teaching oral microbiology, cariology and clinical pediatric dentistry. Research interests are: 1) dental caries risk-assessment in pre-school children using microbial determinants, 2) clinical and microbial studies of oral malodor in young children and 3) Candida albicans - Streptococcus mutans interactions in early childhood caries (ECC). The latter project is coordinated by Dr. Mary Ann Rizk in the Oncology and Diagnostic Sciences Department.
