University of Maryland Postgraduate periodontics and prosthodontics programs will offer a part-time track Dual Certificate Program in Periodontics and Prosthodontics. Upon completion of this dual part-time track program, the graduate will be eligible for the Certificates of Specialty in Prosthodontics, Periodontics and a Masters of Science degree. This CODA-approved program will provide comprehensive education and training in all phases of Prosthodontics, Periodontics, and implant dentistry. The 60-month program also will integrate didactic, clinical, teaching and research activities in both periodontics and prosthodontics disciplines and emphasize a multidisciplinary approach to clinically complex cases. Graduates of this Dual Certificate Program will be prepared to be certified as Diplomates of the American Board of Periodontology and the American Board of Prosthodontics.

Note: the Advanced Dual Certificate Program in Periodontology and Prosthodontics program requires a completed application for both Periodontics and Prosthodontics.
