Ready for the Dentist!

Children and their caregivers will engage in presentations about the dentist and why visiting the dentist is critical to oral health. Children will be invited to try out some of the sensory experiences associated with a dental visit, including sitting in a real dentist’s chair, wearing a dental bib and x-ray apron, seeing and touching various dental instruments, and selecting a new toothbrush to take home. After completing the program, children will earn a special badge to wear to the dentist stating that they are “Ready for the Dentist!”
