Dr. Elias M Rivera graduate from “Cayetano Heredia” University, Lima, Peru where he completed his bachelor’s degree in stomatology in 1995, doctor in dental surgery in 1996 and prosthodontics residency in 1999. He worked for several years as a full-time faculty member as well as a private practitioner. He moved to Miami, Fla., and completed an AGD residency at the Jackson Memorial Hospital - Dade County Dental Research Clinic in 2008, then he received both his certificate from the Postgraduate Program in Prosthodontics at University of Maryland School of Dentistry and his master in science degree from University of Maryland, Graduate School in 2011.
Dr. Rivera returns to us after completion of an implant fellowship at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in June, 2012. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. Dr. Rivera teaches prosthodontics in the predoctoral and postgraduate level and maintains an intramural practice limited to prosthodontics and dental implants.
