Penwadee Limkangwalmongkol, DDS, MS
Clinical Assistant Professor and Assistant Program Director of Prosthodontic Residency
Dr. Penwadee Limkangwalmongkol graduated from Prince of Songkla University, Thailand with honors. She completed a three-year prosthodontic residency program and a master of science degree at the Ohio State University in 2002. She then pursued and completed an implant prosthodontic fellowship program at the same university in 2003. She was teaching at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, New Orleans until 2006.
Dr. Limkangwalmongkol joined the faculty at University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2007. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. She maintains an intramural practice limited to prosthodontics and implants. She has authored peer-reviewed publications. Her research interests include all ceramics, dental implants, and marginal fit and microleakage of full coverage restorations.
