Justin Kleinman, DDS '02
Dr. Justin Kleinman practices the full scope of periodontics. He is one of the most distinguished practitioners in the area, having been recognized in Baltimore Magazine as one of Baltimore’s Top Periodontists of 2014 — voted by his peers in Baltimore County.
Dr. Kleinman received his dental degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1999 and his certificate in Periodontics from the University of Maryland in 2002. At the University of Maryland, Dr. Kleinnman conducted advanced research in the area of ultrasonic and piezoelectric scalers. Dr. Kleinman received his Board Certification in 2006 from the American Board of Periodontology. He has published articles in the Journal of Endodontics and Clinical Advances in Periodontics (the online edition of the Journal of Periodontology), and Cutis (a dermatology journal).
Dr. Kleinman has been active in the local dental community, volunteering his time as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry since 2005. He is also a founding member of the Progressive Dentists Study Club and is also a member of the Gerry Bowers Study Club. He has maintained his Active membership status with the American Academy of Periodontology since 2002. He continuously lectures on advanced periodontal surgical techniques to his dental students, colleagues, and local study clubs.
