Patients served by the PLUS Clinic:
Ryan White eligible adults and adolescents (age 16 and older)
For HIV+ patients ages 15 and under, please contact the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at 410-706-4213.
HIV negative patients, please contact the Screening Clinic for appointments by calling 410-706-7063.
To apply for Ryan White Funding you will need:
1. Laboratory blood work
- CBC with differential (preferably less than four months old)
- CD4 count
- Viral load
- LFTs, PT/PTT/INR, if available
2. Proof of income:
- Two paystubs
- SSI or disability award letter
- Signed letter from social worker or physician on their letterhead attesting to your current income status
For dental emergencies, please call 410-706-6467 to schedule an appointment. You may also walk in to the Urgent Care Clinic (located on the first floor of the School of Dentistry.) Please call 410-706-2716 for the clinic's available hours. Line-up starts before 6 a.m. and patients are served on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you qualify for Ryan White, you must have proof of income and blood work when seen in the clinic or you will be expected to pay for the emergency visit at time of service.
