The Faculty Practice fee schedule is comparable to the private practices in our area.   The practice participates with many dental insurance companies. We are proud to announce that as of July, 2008, the Faculty Practice has become a participating member of the United Concordia PPO dental insurance. United Concordia is the carrier for Maryland State Employees. We do not participate with United Concordia DHMO or any other HMO plans. We also accept a wide variety of other forms of payment such as: cash, check, money order, Master Card and Visa. In addition, for those who qualify, we offer limited payment plans.
