Postdoctoral Application Support Service, PASS
Applicants to programs through PASS should first complete the PASS e-Forms online application.
When requesting an institutional evaluation, please note the following:
- Requests for institutional evaluations should be accompanied by your CV and personal statement at least 3 weeks prior to the application deadline for the program to which you are applying as determined by PASS.
- Please use the Institutional Evaluation Request Form to forward your curriculum vitae and personal statement to the Office of Academic Affairs.
- Materials may also be forwarded to Ms. Theresa Pate, tpate@umaryland.edu

Requests from current senior students are processed after July 15. Current students may contact Ms. Theresa Pate to determine their cumulative gpa and rank. Please be aware that grade changes processed after the mailing may affect the actual rank submitted at the time the Institutional Evaluation is completed.
Those applying to non-PASS programs should utilize the Institutional Evaluation Request Form and provide information regarding each program to which you are applying.
When requesting an institutional evaluation, please note the following:
- Requests for institutional evaluations should be accompanied by your CV, personal statement, deadline date(s), and program information at least 3 weeks prior to the application deadline.
- Dental School policy will not permit the release of institutional evaluations to students.
- You must provide an addressed and stamped envelope for each recipient school or program.
- An expedited evaluation may be requested to be processed within 5 days. This evaluation will include GPA, class rank, and National Board information only.
