Each class has its own class advisors who provide support and encouragement for the students. The University of Maryland School of Dentistry offers nonacademic support services. Non-academic counseling is supported thru the Office of Academic and Student Affairs and the Dental Recruitment Coordinator. Additional support resources are available, including school-based support groups and the campus Counseling Center.
