  1. What's the password to uninstall Zone Labs Integrity?

    In order to uninstalling Integrity and you need to enter the password to remove it.  The password is "secret" without the double "

  2. Why does the VPN drop my connection?

    There could be sever reasons for this:
    1. Verify that you have version 4.0.5(D) of the Cisco VPN client.  To check this open the VPN client and look in the blue bar at the top of the window.
    2. Verify that you are running Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional.  This is one of the requirements!
    3. Verify that you are running Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition and make sure your virus definitions are current.
    4. Verify that your computer has all the latest security patches and service packs. This can be done from Internet Explorer. Select “Tools” from the menu and click on “Windows Update” follow the directions provided by Microsoft.  Repeat this process until Microsoft says “No updates available”.  You may have to run this several times and reboot several times.
    5. Verify that Integrity is up and running. Click on Start -> Programs -> Zone Labs -> Integrity Client
    6. Make sure you are not running any other software firewall software.
  3. Why can I not access the Internet at all?

    Please check the following
    1. Open your web browser and enter the site www.google.com If you can get there you have Internet connectivity
    2. Try right clicking on the Integrity icon in the lower-right hand corner and shutting down Integrity.  If this solves the problem, you will need to review the Integrity getting started document to check your configuration and also review the help documents that are embedded in Integrity. If you still have problems with Internet connectivity you may be experiencing an unrelated Internet outage or you ISP may not allow VPN protocols by default.  Contact you local ISP.
  4. What types/brands of firewalls should I look to remove:
    • Norton Internet Security
    • MacAfee Security Suites
    • Black Ice
    • Zone Alarm
