NOTE: Blackboard indicated that documents submitted using the  Microsoft Office 2007 version using .docx will NOT WORK properly in SafeAssign.  These documents can be processed by asking users to submit their papers as a Word 97-2003 document with the file extension .doc  You will be advised when this issue is resolved.


NOTE: Submit all documents as Word 97-2003 files with the extension of .doc  Files submitted using the .docx from Microsoft Office 2007 will not work at this time with SafeAssign.  You will be advised when Blackboard resolves this issue.
