Curriculum and Academic Management

This office manages registration and grading procedures for the Dental School's professional programs.  It is the source of student information about the academic program and is the repository for records of student academic performance.  Functions of the Student Progression Committees and the Committee on Curriculum Innovation and Management are coordinated. 

  1. Dean’s Letters of Evaluation are generated for students or alumni applying for postgraduate programs.  Please allow five working days for processing.  See this link for detailed instructions.
  2. Requests for enrollment verifications, bank loan deferments, transcripts, duplicate diplomas and degree certifications should be made through the University Office of the Registrar Your request should be processed within three to five working days.
  3. Applications for licensure requiring the Dean's signature and Dental School seal should be mailed to the Office of Academic Affairs, Dean's Office, 6th Floor, 650 W. Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD  21201.
  4. Requests for duplicate postgraduate or honors certificates should be submitted by completing this form and returning it to the Office of Academic Affairs.  Requests for duplicate diplomas should be made through the Office of the Registrar.
