Dr. John P. Davliakos received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine in 1984. He completed his Post-Graduate Prosthodontic residency at the University of Pittsburgh Dental School in 1986, where he received a Certificate in Prosthodontics. In 1987 he completed one of the first dental implant fellowships in the United States receiving a Certificate in Oral Implantology from the University of Pittsburgh Dental School. In 1988, He was an Assistant Professor in the Post-Graduate Prosthodontics Program at the University of Maryland Dental School from 1990-1997and returned to teaching in 2009. He has published and lectured locally, nationally and internationally in the understanding of Implant Prosthodontics. Dr. Davliakos is a member of the American College of Prosthodontics, International College of Dentists, and the American Dental Association. He continues to maintain a private practice in Annapolis Maryland dedicated to implant, esthetics and advanced prosthodontic reconstruction.
